  • ACL rehab – classes start again on October 5th, every Thursday afternoon at 4:30pm, with Pete taking you through all the strength, jumps, landings and stability work you need! Please call the clinic to book.  

Want to get moving, rehabilitate your injury, know how to exercise safely and effectively, and build mobility and strength? We use our fantastic rehab gym, movement room, exercise and pilates equipment across a range of exercise classes to hit your goals. Whether you’re coming back from injury, managing a long-term issue or trying to get back to the gym, exercise or performance, our goal is to provide a session that gets you there.

We have three main streams of exercise groups at Stack:

  • Open Rehab – 45mins sessions, physiotherapist supervised, for anyone with a program we’ve prescribed, for any injury. We run a number of classes across the week. Come join us and make sure you’re doing your rehab right! (Open Rehab can be booked online – please see below)
  • Clinical Exercise & Pilates – 30 and 60 minute sessions, these our our most intensively supervised exercise classes, with our physiotherapist guiding you through a range of training options including reformer, trapeze, wunda chair and mat work pilates technique; resistance training; and mobility.
  • Specialised Rehab – these awesome groups allow us to really target a specific injury, and include our weekly ACL rehab group; Strength for teenage girls; Sore hips & knees; 30-somethings mobility, and more! Session times vary, some are ongoing and some are short courses, but they are all physio-led and specific to your issue!

We require all patients to have had a recent (last 3-6 months) physio appointment to make sure the group session is right for you. Private health rebates apply to all classes where they align with your treatment plan.

Stack Physio

  • Physio Open Rehab class info:

  • Classes run for 45 minutes, and are supervised by one of our physiotherapists
  • Max class size of 5 people means quality supervision and coaching on your form and progress

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete a light warm up in the gym prior to the class

  • Bring exercise clothes, water bottle, towel and your program (on the TrackActive app, or a print copy)

  • You will work through your program at your own pace

  • You must have a personalised exercise program set up by us prior to attending – please book a consultation with us if you haven’t got a current program! In this consult, we will discuss your goals, check in on current issues, and create your individualised program

  • We review this program every 3 months to make sure you’re moving in the right direction

  • We encourage a minimum 6 week commitment to ensure you benefit from the regular exercise routine

  • Book and prepay 6 or 10 sessions to receive a discounted rate – please contact the clinic for details!

We are seeing patients in the clinic at present, but as a responsible and responsive clinic we will continue to monitor and adapt to any Department of Health advice. We have physios available to see you between 7am and 7pm weekdays (5pm Fridays), as well as Saturday mornings.
