Want to get moving, rehabilitate your injury, know how to exercise safely and effectively, and build mobility and strength? We run small group, supervised physiotherapy exercise classes in our purpose-built rehab gym.
Right now, we are offering our popular small group physiotherapy exercise classes several times a week. After a one-to-one consultation where we discuss your goals and set up your exercise program, you can book in to a regular, physiotherapist-supervised group session. This means your program is personalised for you.
Our Physio Exercise program includes:
Open Rehab – anyone with an exercise program prescribed by us can join one of classes we run across the week, and complete their personalised program safely and effectively
Clinical Exercise (Pilates) – these pilates-based classes run for 30 or 60 minutes, using reformer, trapeze and chair pilates equipment plus strength and mobility, to address problems of the back, neck, hip and more
Specialised Rehab – these groups are targeted for specific conditions, and include our weekly ACL Rehab group, teenagers strength groups, shoulder strength and more
Special events – we’ll be running different workshops, seminars and group classes with a range of collaborators – watch this space or contact the clinic for more info!

About our Physio Open Rehab exercise classes:
Classes run for 45 minutes, and are supervised by one of our physiotherapists
Max class size of 5 people means quality supervision and coaching on your form and progress
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete a light warm up in the gym prior to the class
Bring exercise clothes, water bottle, towel and your program (on the TrackActive app, or a print copy)
You will work through your program at your own pace (everyone will be doing their own thing!)
We review this program every 3 months to make sure you’re moving in the right direction
We encourage a minimum 6 week commitment to ensure you benefit from the regular exercise routine
We are gradually expanding our group classes offering, so check back regularly, as there is lots of exciting stuff coming!
