Appointments

Update July ’24 – Hi! Ben here. We are short on appointments right now, with staff on holidays and recovering from injuries – we are doing our best to add spots, but if you can’t find a good time online please give us a call on 9320 3211 and we will try our best to fit you in! We are sorry for the limited availability. But we are very grateful that you put your trust in our team – thank you for your understanding.

Using our online booking engine (below) is the easiest way to book an appointment at Stack Physio. You can also call us on 9320 3211. Please call or email hello@stackphysio.com.au if you can’t find a time that works for you – we’ll do our best to get you in!

***Booking notes July 2024 – Nicola unfortunately will be away from the clinic in coming weeks while she recovers from an injury. Ben is unable to take on new patients currently due to wait times. If you are an existing patient of Ben’s please call the clinic for bookings. Thank you!

WHICH APPOINTMENT TYPE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

  • You can choose between an in-person consultation at the clinic, or a Telehealth consultation.

  • Initial appointment – if you’ve never been to the clinic before, or you have but >12 months ago and/or this is a new problem

  • Standard appointment – if you are following up on a previous issue with your physio

  • Extended appointment – for a complex case, a longer appointment time, our Exercise Evaluations & Programs, or CrossFit Performance Screenings

  • Clinical Exercise (Pilates) Initial Consultation – if you’d like to start into our pilates-based rehab sessions, choose this for your setup consultation

  • Physio Exercise Class – if you already have an exercise program with us, and would like to join us for some expert feedback and coaching on your program.

  • Telehealth consultation – for online video consultations that do not require face-to-face assessment and treatment

We are seeing patients in the clinic at present, but as a responsible and responsive clinic we will continue to monitor and adapt to any Department of Health advice. We have physios available to see you between 7am and 7pm weekdays (4:30pm Fridays), as well as Saturday mornings.
