Appointment Information

Booking your appointment

Using our online booking engine is the easiest way to book an appointment at Stack Physio. You can also call us on 0421 195 553. Please call, text or email hello@stackphysio.com.au if you can’t find a time that works for you – we’ll do our best to get you in!

When you book your first appointment, we will email you our new patient form, which you can fill out ahead of time. No stress if you don’t get to it, we have forms in clinic.

We offer a range of appointment types, which you can read about in the checklist below. We run longer appointment times than the industry standard, as we believe this provides better service to our patients and results in better outcomes. And our service extends beyond the clinic, with checkups on your exercise program and the ability to touch base with your physio between appointments via phone or email.

What to bring to your appointment

Please wear or bring clothes that allow you to move, and allow us to examine the problem area. We do keep some sports clothes in the clinic for those occasions you come straight from work!

If you have any scans, medical reports or letters that are relevant to the issue, please bring these along. Also consider bringing things like sports footwear/orthotics if relevant to your problem, or training information (gym programs etc).

Arriving at the clinic

When you arrive at the clinic, please come in and make yourself comfortable in the waiting room. Please check in with reception when you arrive. We have reception cover most of the time, but outside of those hours please take a seat and your physio will find you. We have a safe and secure access system to look after our patients and staff, so if the door is locked when you arrive simply press the video doorbell button and we’ll let you in.

Access is easiest via Carrington St, then turning onto Forsyth St. The first carpark on your right is the entry – you’ll see Pirtek on the corner, and Vebas Aquariums next door to us. Follow the carpark around and there is parking directly in front of the clinic.

Unable to get here or prefer not to come in? See us via Telehealth! We can manage remotely your surgical rehab, acute or longstanding pain problem, or troubleshoot some training and performance issues; as well as doing video examination and exercise prescription. We are using Zoom software to video conference your appointment, and as we have access to our gym, we can take you through all your exercises.

Fees and payment

Our fees reflect qualification level and experience. All our physiotherapists hold graduate or higher degrees in physiotherapy, have years of experience, and are committed to ongoing professional development – in line with our vision to provide the best physiotherapy service in the wider Fremantle area.

Payment is processed on the day of your appointment. If you have private health insurance, you can claim this with us using HICAPS. If you have alternate payment arrangements (e.g. worker’s compensation claim), please notify us when booking and bring all relevant details.

We hope we can exceed your expectations at your physiotherapy consultation. Looking forward to seeing you!
